Is this when uploading a picture from the post window?  It seems it can't find the folder to upload into for some reason.  Do you know what browser you are using?

Well I'm not positive what the problem is at the moment, but I'll look into it.  For the time being, you can try and see if the "Resize Image" upload tool will work.  You can access that from the menu on the left hand side of the site under the section named "Site".
